i What this is — and the fidelity bar

These are concept renders, generated in-house to answer one question: can we originate Wax Wrap's install sequence in 3D, natively in Polyguard's "technical product viz" look? Not final shots — a direction test.

Product specs & on-screen claims · the 5 install steps & their order · material states (bare steel → brown primer → wax) · fitting type (coupling vs flange) · house style (semi-real, cutaway-ready, dark void, calm iso).

○ Refined LATER (after direction sign-off)

Manufacturing-exact threads / gaskets / bolt knurl · photoreal surface texture · final color calibration · wrap conforming perfectly over every bolt · lighting polish.

Decision we made: believable + spec-accurate now, full fidelity only after Polyguard approves direction. Per the brief, the house look is "semi-realistic, not photoreal" — chasing CAD accuracy before sign-off is wasted render spend.

FLANGE / FITTING

Next for B: brown primer over the casting → grey profile putty filling the bolt/flange voids → wax wrap conforming over the irregular flange (Step 5). That void-fill + conform is the whole reason B exists.

? Open questions / where I need you

? Video A subject: keep the simple in-line coupling I built, or make A a small flanged fitting too (like your reference)? Changes what "simple" reads as.
? Color: renders read light/tan — the filmic tone-map lifts the browns. Real 60U is a deep brown, 60A is grey. Easy to calibrate; want me to match the footage exactly?
